Pricing

Rates charged by Barbichette are available upon request.

Every service provision by Barbichette requires a prior estimate and a formal quote.
In the event of an increase in the estimated amount, due to additional client requests and/or unexpected development times, Barbichette undertakes to communicate the amount and cause of the budget overruns and to provide an amendment to the quote.

Any potential discounts are applied at the sole discretion of Barbichette.

Terms of Payment

For each service, Barbichette will specify the payment schedule to the client.
They generally follow this structure:

• 30% of the total amount upon project kickoff
• 70% of the total amount upon delivery

These milestones may vary depending on the project duration and the total amount. For example:

• For short projects spanning a few days, the full amount may be requested in a single payment upon delivery.
• For projects spanning several weeks or months, multiple progress payments may be requested.

Payment in installments may be considered and is granted at the sole discretion of Barbichette following a discussion with the client.

The client can make payments using the following methods:

• Bank transfer, to the account specified when the invoice is issued;
• Credit/Debit card, via a payment link provided when the invoice is issued.

Late Payments

The payment deadline is specified on each invoice.

In the event of late payment, and failing an amicable agreement between the client and Barbichette, the following penalties shall apply:

Performance of Services

The performance of services can only begin after the client's express acceptance of the quote.

Barbichette will provide the client with an estimated timeframe for the execution of the service.

In the event of firm deadlines specified in advance by the client, and subject to acceptance by Barbichette, Barbichette will make every effort to comply with the stated dates.

In case of delays relative to the initial estimates, Barbichette will immediately inform the client of the duration and the cause of the additional timeframe.

Right of Withdrawal

The client is informed that the legal statutory withdrawal period is 14 days.

This means that the performance of the service can normally only begin after this period has elapsed.

Should there be an agreement with the client for a shorter timeframe, or a formal waiver of the right of withdrawal, a specific mention will be added to the quote.
